With Donkey along for the ride, the happy couple ventures off on a whirlwind of new adventures with a host of new fairy tale characters to lampoon along the way.

Shrek: "Shut it, Donkey!"
Donkey: "So, uh, oh yeah ... See you on Sunday for a barbecue or something."
Shrek: Oh sure, what's next? A hug?"
Donkey: "Give us a hug Shrek!"
Shrek: "It's so good to be home. Just you, and me, and ..."
Donkey: "You know, in some cultures donkeys are revered as the wisest of all creatures, especially us talking ones."
