We have arrangements with many different suppliers, who obtain products from all of the major manufacturers and distributors of novelty telephones and products. Chances are we can get the item you are looking for. Just ask and we will try.
HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received, or the next business day. Should there be a delay, caused by availability or any other issue, we will notify you promptly.
HOW WILL MY MERCHANDISE BE SHIPPED?
We use UPS Standard Ground shipping, or US Postal Service Priority Mail, for all orders to be delivered in the continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are at additional cost. Depending on your delivery location, ground shipments take from 1 to 5 business days. Other shipping options are available at additional cost, including UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3rd Day. Any additional cost is determined by the weight and size of the package, and the destination. All delivery times are based on business days. International orders are shipped by the US Postal Service Express Mail International, UPS International, or Fedex International. The shipping amount that we will charge is the actual total of costs that we are charged by the carrier.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY?
If you need faster delivery, you can choose another of the UPS delivery options, including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. The ORDER PAGE gives you the option, and provides the additional cost, for delivery by a method other than UPS Ground Shipping.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We ship to customers all over the world. Our preferred method for shipping international orders to most countries is by the US Postal Service International Mail. This is generally the most practical and economical international shipping method, in terms of speed, cost, and dependability. The cost is about HALF that of UPS or Fedex for international shipping to most countries. The US Postal Service estimates the time in transit to the destination country will be about 3 - 5 business days from the date of shipment. The cost is generally in the $35 - 45 range, depending on the size and weight of the product ordered, and the destination country. This includes insurance, a return receipt, and tracking information. The shipping amount that we will charge is the actual total of costs that we are charged by the carrier. Please note that international orders can only be delivered to the address of the credit cardholder. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees, import taxes, etc.
ARE THE PRODUCTS BRAND NEW?
ALL of the novelty telephones and products, in all of the categories, are BRAND NEW.
WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?
We do everything possible to ensure that our customers will be happy with their purchases. All products shipped directly by Phone Phun Novelty Telephones PLUS are thoroughly inspected, tested, and security marked, before shipping. These extra precautions, including the recording of identifying information, are taken to confirm that all items are perfect, in every way, when they are shipped. All of our products are fully guaranteed, with warranty service provided by the appropriate manufacturer or distributor. The warranty on most items is 90 days from the date of purchase. If an item is defective within that time, the customer must follow the warranty procedures of the particular manufacturer or distributor, including calling the telephone number on the warranty card, obtaining a Return Authorization Number, etc. As a further service, the customer may notify us of any problem within 10 days of receipt of the product. During this time, we will attempt to work with the customer and the appropriate manufacturer or distributor to expedite repair, replacement, or exchange. After the initial 10 day period, the customer must work directly with the appropriate manufacturer or distributor. After 90 days, many products have an extended manufacturer's warranty. Please consult warranty information enclosed with the product for additional information. Note that the actual appearances of products may vary slightly, due to graphics furnished by the manufacturer or distributor, and the resolution and quality of the monitor used to view the image.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our customer friendly return policy aims to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. In the highly unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 10 days of receipt. During this time, we will attempt to work with the customer and the appropriate manufacturer or distributor to expedite repair, replacement, or exchange. After the initial 10 day period, the customer must work directly with the appropriate manufacturer or distributor. We will always go out of our way to be fair, but we ask that our return procedures be followed. Please understand that we can not accept the return of non-defective merchandise. DO NOT return any items directly to Phone Phun Novelty Telephones PLUS. Returns to a manufacturer or distributor will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns not in their original packaging and condition, with all parts, accessories, and manuals, will not be accepted. Some of our distributors may, depending on circumstances, accept returns of non-defective merchandise, subject to a restocking charge. Please note that shipping costs can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. We recommend that returns be sent via an insured carrier. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS OR OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Bob V. Enterprises, our parent company. We also accept payment by PayPal. In addition, we will accept payment by check or Money Order for orders received by mail. All checks and Money Orders MUST be made payable to Bob V. Enterprises. If you choose to pay by check or Money Order, please understand that we must receive payment before we can ship your order. Orders paid by Money Order are shipped upon receipt of the Money Order. Orders paid by check are shipped as soon as the check has cleared. For international orders paid by check or Money Order, payment must be in US funds by a check or Money Order drawn on a US bank.
